I have taken my car there and the customer service is Amazing! The gentlemen who work there treat you very professional and are very respectful. The work is completed in a timely manner and they do discuss the work that has to be done.

Very honest mechanics here. It's never fun having to find a trustworthy mechanic. I would highly recommend Auto Euphoria because Joe greeted me, gave me an honest price quote & when I came to pick up it was no surprise extra fees added on. Will definitely go back for any other needed work

I have to say this was the best place I have ever taken my vehicle to. Nice, clean, and very professional. Before I brought it in and I was replacing the spark plugs in my truck and broke the bolt that holds down my ignition coil. When I brought it in they said, "No problem." Joe went to work on it right away he was able to pull the bolt out no problem. Thank you Joe, and thank you 'ae'. If anything else happens to my vehicle I will be sure to bring my truck back to this place 100%.

Absolutely the best customer service, hands down. I was even offered a ride to the shop so that I could pick up our car instead of having to wait for the weekend when I had a ride. Affordably priced and if you have a VW they have a VW master technician so you know you are getting the best work possible. With a warranty, great people, products and prices like that, you cant go wrong! Definitely would refer anyone here, ask for Adam, he is a client advisor and a big thanks to Joe the Master of VW's! 10/10

This is just the best place to go for any issues with your car, from just doing maintenance to any other issues, they WILL take care of it. Even if you bring your car for small issues they will check every bit of the car and tell you if there's anything else that you should be doing. These are people you can trust blindfolded. I brought my BMW to them not only they did an amazing work but they worked really fast, they're honest people, which is really hard to find nowadays. The place is really clean in general makes you feel like you're at home and relaxed cause you know they will take care of you and your ride. If you have any doubts about where should you bring your car this IS the place to go no doubts.

Five stars isn't enough. If you want honest mechanics looking at your vehicle. This is the place for you! They could have taken my money and fixed the problem without any questions asked on my end, but instead advised me to go to the dealership because the part would be covered under warranty. They were kind, courteous, and communicated everything to me so I understood what was going on with my car. They took their time and made sure I was taken care of. I won't go anywhere else, I can promise you that.

This place is awesome, they really know the meaning of customer service. Expertly knowledgeable, I have taken my Honda Civic here several times, Joe, especially is a perfectionist right down to the last bolt and screw. These guys are honest and highly trained professionals. Nice place, clean shop, you won't be disappointed.

THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE NEAR FORT HOOD! I originally took my 2006 Dodge Ram to Firestone and they quoted me at $2,789. A friend recommended me to Auto Euphoria so I took my truck there and they did all of the repairs to my truck for $1,026. Not only did they fix my truck for cheap (with quality work) they also hooked me up by flushing my brake lines for me free of charge. Great and honest place to do business, I highly recommend them and will only take my vehicles here until I move.

The business is very clean and nice inside with a comfortable waiting area. They all work as a team to make sure your vehicle experience with them is positive & stress free!
