my experience here was great because the guy in front who attended me made sure everything went smooth his name was Adam McKeever and also my technician Orlando Martinez was amazing he worked on my car and since then I haven’t had any issues with My vehicle I would definitely suggest this place for anyone who has any car troubles they are the best at what they do. It was a great first experience.

This is the only shop in town that I will trust with my vehicles, honest good people! They have done work on my BMW 335i and My new Mercedes Benz C63 AMG, I've never felt slighted and feel they have always been honest! They will continue to get my business Jesse and Joe are extremely knowledgeable and will help you to ensure that your every need is met! 5 Stars!!!!!

Edit 5/16/18: A little disappointed in my last visit here. I went here one time before when my car had issues with its starter, Adam was very helpful and quick to make me feel like he was taking care of me. Had an awesome experience. Well come around a month later my husbands car needs some work, I had it taken in and they quoted us a huge price. When I went in to pick up the vehicle Adam said that he would try his best to see about getting a lower cost since he has worked with me before. He said to call him the next day. The next morning comes around and I call him, super friendly and tells me he is just waiting on his boss to come in then he will call me back as soon as he speaks with him. Okay cool. Well I'm waiting, and mind you I'm waiting on getting work done at another shop in hopes they can lower the cost and avoid having to tow the car to another shop. He never calls. I call back and they are like oh he left early. I understand we get busy and what not but I didn't appreciate that I could have been getting the car taken care of at another place when instead I ended up waiting for a call that wasn't going to happen. He did tell me he was going to be out of town starting the following day until Monday, but I still find it no excuse to not have called me back or at least ask for someone else to call me back. And I'm not mad that they couldn't lower the price, I understand they need to make their money and what not. What I am upset about is the customer service I received this time around. Had an awesome experience here. I called this morning because my starter went out. Adam was very honest and helpful, I was able to get my car in and out the same day thanks to Zach, who did the job! I liked that Adam kept in contact with me and let me know what was going on every step of the way. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Everyone there was friendly. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Great place!! Wonderful people and great prices. Got my car diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. Customer service was splendid! Kept me updated the whole time and didn't do anything without my permission. Will definitely take my car back here if necessary.

I drive a 2012 Honda Accord and brought it to numerous shops for repair and no one seemed to get it right. The vehicle was shaking at high speeds and every mechanic shop was trying to get me to buy their service which I did not need, but yet could not replicate the issue. No one was able to promise to fix it 100% or figure out the problem accurately. They all said, "Pay us and we will fix what we think is wrong." That was until I went to Auto Euphoria and spoke with Adam and his co-worker Walt. They promised to do a courtesy basic inspection. That is one thing they DID NOT do. They took a deep dive into my car. They did a thorough inspection of my and spent over 5 hours trying to replicate the problem, which they finally did. They utilized 4 drivers over 3 days in order to replicate my driving style. They also checked out the rest of the vehicle. I called over the weekend and the Owner answered the phone (Shocking!!) and promised to get me an update, which he did. Once they were done they advised me to take the car to a Honda Dealer as it needed a lot of work. Upon completion of their hard work, I asked for the price of the Deep Dive "inspection" and I was completely shocked. They refused to take any payment at all. Wow, I was blown away. They spent hours trying to figure out a problem when they could have said that it was anything and charged me for it. I will ALWAYS bring my car to Auto Euphoria. This is a car repair facility that I trust is there for the customer and not just for their own pocket. Who spends 5 hours "Inspecting" a car when all they could have done was a quick glance? Auto Euphoria does because they care about saving the customer money. Keep up the honest work and I WILL bring my other vehicles to you with out a doubt!

Great service. Was immediately directed by the front to have Steve look at my car. Steve was very knowledgeable skilled and got me in and out at a great price. By far my best experience at a mechanic. Steve's knowledge and skill reflects highly upon his employer and shop, highly recommend.

Definitely the place to come to get your car parts and services done. These guys are very professional and have a quick turn around. I called at the last minute around 5 to get my cat back exhaust system put on. They close at 7pm and it took them literally 45-50 min and by 6:15 I was on the road and sounding good. They even offered to take my old exhaust to my storage unit. I’m definitely going here from now on to get work done.

I would recommend everything about AutoEuphoria, from the clean lobby to the organized garage. The staff is also incredible. My customer care guy, Adam, was very helpful in explaining everything on top of making great conversation. This place is very professional but also very friendly. My mechanic, Orlando, was also excellent in how quickly and efficiently he finished everything and in how he explained all the repairs to me. They showed me everything that was wrong and were breaking things down for me. Once I pulled into the lot, they jumped up to help and got my car in and out within 2 hours. On top of that, this is one of the first shops I have been to who recognizes if something doesn’t need to be replaced or fixed right away. They really are not there to make money, but to genuinely help customers. The price is very affordable as well, especially for a full check up and fixing the AC issue. The overall experience was fantastic and I will definitely continue to go there.
