Awesome experience with these guys, couldn’t ask for a better shop. Great customer service, always on time, they were done with my car in a week as promised and they did everything they could to get my car ready! Best shop around town, they know there stuff and are not afraid to recommend you what you really need. No hidden things and really upfront about everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! After three years in the Killeen / Fort Hood area, this is the best and most trustworthy place I’ve found to do work on my vehicle. Their prices are about average for auto repair, not high or low. Their turnaround time is good, normally one day, but can obviously take more time depending on how long it will take for parts to come in. What really sets them apart to me is their service. Walter at the front desk is superb. Not only will he walk you through everything they’ve found and recommend to get your vehicle fully up to speed, but he will go through and recommend the priority for each of you don’t want to do all of it. Unlike many other auto shops, I have found Auto Euphoria to be honest in my dealings with them. I recently had my car overheat. I got it there and they took it right in. After getting everything started, Walter then insisted on giving me a ride home (I was going to walk the two miles). That’s the kind of service they give. I've been taking my Audi S5 there for a little over a year now. I usually work with a gentleman named Walt and he has excellent customer service skills and ensures that the job gets done right at a competitive price. I have had my vehicle service there and it's much more convenient than driving all the way to Austin for a service. I recently was working with the gentleman named Adamwhich helped me to get a stage 1 APR tune for my vehicle. The technician that was responsible for making the magic happen name is Joseph. My car is a lot more responsive and more fun to drive now. They also found that my alignment was off and was able to perform the alignment this past weekend.
