Very rarely am I left in amazement or without words. The level of customer service and quality I was given today by AutoEuphoria was nothing short of amazing. From Adam communicating everything over the phone making everything effortless, to Joe doing an incredible job with the car and being extremely knowledgeable, Adam and Walt waiting for me because traffic held me up. Outstanding job guys! I couldn’t ask for anything more. Above and beyond. Thank you again!

Fast and friendly service! Everytime we take our car in we are always greeted and the waiting area is always clean (big plus)! While our car is being serviced we are always in the know. We always receive calls about the maintenance progress or if any issues arise, we are always kept in the loop. Any questions, comments or concerns are always reassured or answered. I especially love how for me (I dont really know much about cars) they explained the process of what they did, what to look for and how to fix it (if I can fix it on my own)! Theres no one I trust more with my car or my husband's car than Auto Euphoria!

Only place I will take my car to, been going to them for years now. Every time I go they take very good care of me, making sure I understand what they are doing on my car/giving me the best price possible. Not to mention they are extremely friendly, and welcoming! I have taken all three of my vehicles to Auto Euphoria and have had positive experiences each time. Adam and his team always explain exactly what the problems are so i have a full understanding of what the maintenance recommendations are for. The service is excellent. This shop isn’t about just taking your money. While they may not be the cheapest option, they are by far the most informative and helpful shop to work with. My daughter’s beetle had been in there for most of its work. The most recent being when she ran it over a parking curb, and ripped the radiator completely out of the vehicle...along with a few other damages. This resulted in the vehicle being a total loss, because of its value. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, and what my options would be, and what their profession al options were regarding the costs versus life of the vehicle. While most shops would just show the insurance company how much the repair bill would be, Adam and Joe were quick to show and explain to our adjuster all of the previous maintenance work we had had done by their establishment. This resulted in us getting a maximum return on our claim due to the vehicle being a total loss for insurance purposes. Adam, and the rest of the guys, have always been willing to go above and beyond to ensure great service. Definitely a long term customer here!

First off had a lot of issues with the last shop I took my car to. I noticed as I drove it home it wasn't the same. I decided to try Auto Euphoria next and let me tell you. AMAZING JOB! They identified and repaired issues timely and efficiently. They saved me money for certain items when they could and I was very happy with the results. My car is driving amazingly now and all the issues I have had with it have been remedied. I wish I had taken my car to begin with to AUTO EUPHORIA. Driving my car after everything was done was well as you can imagine.... Euphoric! Special shout out to Adam who kept me informed of any issues that arose and kept me up to date with what was being done to my vehicle. 10/10 will take any car that has an issue to them again.

Where do I start?! The customer service here is amazing and oh let’s not forget the top mechanics that they have to offer! The turn around for your vehicle is ridiculous fast! They never keep me waiting for long to get my cars and truck back. They treat you like your part of the family every time you come in. There’s no other mechanic shop that has treated my family, friends and my self with much respect and love as if we were one of their own. I’m in the ARMY and I move around a lot but my 5 years in Killeen was awesome because of them taking care of me. Even now when I’m gone and a part failed on me that was under warranty with them, they got right on it and talked to a shop we’re I am now and got it fixed for me ASAP and with no cost to me! Like I said, if you are looking for that shop that is fast, reliable, caring and reasonable. Than look no more! AUTO EUPHORIA is the shop for you and your family!
