As a first time customer here, I was impressed by the level of quality and passion of the place. The mechanic that worked on my car was awesome. He gave me a play by play as he went through the work. The head sales rep Mario, kept up with communication by walking me through what they did and explained the pictures provided by the play by play. Highly recommend the shop to anyone driving a VW or Audi.

I'm new to the area And I took a chance on this shop because of all the great reviews and I couldn’t be happier. Adam did a great job explaining what My BMW needed and he was a great source of information for someone like me who is new to the area.
