My experience with auto euphoria was absolutely outstanding. I took in my vehicle for an oil change and asked Mario to look things over my vehicle. Found nothing wrong with my car, did not try and sell me things I don’t need. Very transparent on pricing. We will be coming back to do his recommendations on preventative maintenance. extremely knowledgeable technicians, all work was accomplished in a timely manner. the front office was very easy to work with and I was always kept updated on status of job. will definitely recommend to others and will go back to this shop for any and all repairs on our Mini Cooper. All I gotta say is these guys helped me out big time! To make a long story short, took my car to get lowering springs put on at a different shop, and they not only overcharged me, but messed my vehicle up and ripped out a wire/sensor in the process (for reasons I have no idea why..) and charged me for an alignment which they didn’t even do. Adam, at Auto Euphoria was such a huge help getting my car back in working order and worked with me the whole time from before I dropped my car off and me explaining my situation to him, all the way to promising to get me back in my car on a certain day, which he did. And all for a fair price fixing what the other shop did. Can’t recommend these guys enough, especially if you have a euro car (which I think is their specialty) don’t take my word for it, I’m just pretty sure. But yeah, the other shop’s name was “Alignment & Brake Specialist” off of Stan Schlueter. I don’t care if I’m throwing them under the bus, they deserve it for what they did to my car. DON’T go to them, go to Auto Euphoria instead.
