Killeen AUTO REPAIR

Mario is the reason I drive 50 miles past 3 VW dealers and countless independent shops for my car's maintenance. He is exactly what I think about when I think of customer service. A true service advisor, Mario has kept me from stepping off the edge more than once and seems to love my car as much as I do. Of course, having top notch specialized technicians who happen to be enthusiast doesn't hurt either.

Super service! I called to make an appointment for conveinence. Then dropped off my car on the agreed date. The staff was very accommodating. Great waiting area with a large television and comfortable seating. Later at home I received a link via text message with photographs and detailed descriptions of the repairs needed, as well as pricing for each repair. I was also given notice of potential issues that may need attention in the near future. I only had to click approve or disapprove under the descriptions to get my repair(s) started. Parts were ordered and installed. Once the repairs were complete. I received another text message that my car was ready to be picked up. Everyone was great. I even briefly spoke with the mechanic that performed the repairs. Super service!

I had to get a sensor fixed on my car they took care of it and Mario has been super solid with making sure my vehicle is kept in a great shape!
